Tanishq 22KT Gold Finger Ring for Women

24kt, 22kt, 18kt plain gold jewelry products or gold coins purchased from jewelers other than Tanishq, Mia by Tanishq or Zoya will be accepted for exchange at Tanishq stores, as per the following terms and conditions of the General Exchange Program (“GEP”) laid down by the Company:

• Only plain gold jewelry products are accepted for exchange under the GEP.
• No exchange is available for studded jewelry products (diamond/ gold jewelry product with stones).
• The product(s)will be valued after purity determination by the Karatmeter available at the store and based on standard assessment methods and prevailing market factors, which shall be final and binding.
• The valuation is an estimate based on prevailing gold rates at the store on the date of exchange and may vary due to market fluctuations.
• The evaluated value will be communicated to the customer prior to completing the exchange.
• No cash refund will be provided for exchange.
• Products can only be exchanged at Tanishq stores and is not applicable for an online transaction.
• New jewelry will have to be purchased against the full value of the product to be exchanged, that is, the price of the selected new product must be at least equal to or higher than the price of the product to be exchanged. New purchases made against any exchanged product would be billed at the applicable gold rate prevailing on the date of fresh purchase only.
• The Company will not be obliged to make a full value exchange if the jewelry presented for exchange has been tampered with, altered, misused, broken, mishandled, has been subject to application of chemicals or repaired in any way.
• Customer must present original invoice at the time of the exchange.
• Deductions will be applicable for exchange. For deduction details, visit your convenient store.

GEP is an exchange program providing store credit against eligible purchases and is not a gold buyback, resale, or cash purchase program. The General Exchange Program may be withdrawn or modified by the Company from time to time. Any exceptions will be at the sole discretion of the Company.

Jewelry Products purchased from Tanishq, Mia by Tanishq or Zoya stores or the Website may only be exchanged at Tanishq, Mia by Tanishq or Zoya stores as per the following terms and conditions of the Tanishq Exchange Program ("TEP") laid down by the Company:

• Jewelry sold through any Tanishq / Mia by Tanishq / Zoya store or the respective brand websites, as applicable, will be accepted for exchange at the Tanishq store subject to these terms and conditions
• 24kt, 22kt, 18kt, 14kt gold and studded jewelry, and platinum jewelry will be accepted for exchange only after due examination for purity, defects, weight and originality, damage or stone defects (cracks, replacements, alterations) including the Company/Brand mark / logo. In case of any discrepancy in the product, it will not be accepted for exchange.
• For any exchange, the soft copy or hard copy of the original invoice and certificate of authenticity must be produced.
• The terms for valuation of the product is given below:

  a) Gold / plain platinum products will be valued at 100% prevailing metal rate at the respective store on the day of exchange.

  b) Diamonds (on studded gold / platinum products) will be valued at 100% prevailing stone rate on the day of exchange.

  c) Solitaire (loose solitaire/ Studded gold or platinum solitaire jewelry) will be valued at 100% prevailing stone rate if customer buys studded gold / studded platinum product against the exchange.

  d) Solitaire (loose solitaire/ Studded gold or platinum solitaire jewelry) will be valued at 90% prevailing stone rate if the customer buys plain gold / plain platinum product or coin against exchange.

  e) No exchange for solitaires of 5.99 carats and above

  f) Other Studded products will be valued at 80% of prevailing value of the product on the day of exchange

• Applicable valuation percentages and criteria may vary depending on product type and will be confirmed at the store at the time of exchange.
• The final exchange value will be communicated to the customer prior to completing the transaction.
• The decision of the store on the valuation determined in accordance with the applicable valuation methodology, shall be final and binding
• Any other category of products not mentioned above will need to be checked with the respective stores for the prevailing terms and conditions.
• Making charges, taxes, and any discount given on the original invoice, will be deducted in full.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from the TEP transaction.

TEP is an exchange program providing store credit against eligible purchases and is not a gold buyback, resale, or cash purchase. The Tanishq Exchange Program may be withdrawn or modified by the Company from time to time .

Any exceptions will be at the sole discretion of the Company.
