How it works
Earn Points from your very first Purchase
You can start earning from your first purchase as a silver tier member.
One Encircle Point equals $1
Each encircle point is equal to one dollar. Points will be credited within 24hrs of the transaction.

There is no end how much you can do with your Encircle membership.

- 0.6% of invoice value as points on plain jewelry
- 2% of invoice value as points on studded jewelry
Gold Tier
- 0.4% of invoice value as points on plain jewelry

Encircle Program FAQs
Encircle is Titan’s Unified Loyalty program where the members can enjoy rewards, benefits & experiences from Tanishq USA and also earn & redeem points with every purchase made in Tanishq store in USA.
Tanishq Encircle Programme is opened to everyone who stays in USA and is above the age of 18.
On making a purchase at any store in USA or e-commerce website, you will be enrolled to Tanishq Encircle Programme
During this process, a membership number will be assigned to you and your unique registered mobile number will be mapped against this membership number. Each mobile number can only be mapped to one Titan Encircle membership. Please note that your name and mobile number are mandatory for this process. OTP verification is mandatory to enrol.
There are three tiers in the program. Silver, Gold and Platinum
Tiers are decided on the basis of the points that you accumulate. Please refer to the table A below to understand what the points slab cut off is for each tier.

You will earn points each transaction basis your tier and eligible amount for each transaction. Eligible amount refers to the amount you paid after removing the discount.
Points earned for each tier will be different as per the tier. Please refer to the table B below.

For eg:
Scenario 1:
If you are a gold tier member and buy an item from plain category. You will receive 0.4% value of the invoice after discount as points. Let’s assume you are a gold tier member who buys plain gold bangles worth $1800. Your points payout will be 0.4% of $1800 which is 7.2
Scenario 2You are a platinum member who purchases an item from studded category worth $5,000 with 5 percent discount included. Hence, your payout for points 2 percent of $5,000- 5% =$4,750 (Eligible amount). Which will be 95 points.
Your tier will be upgraded basis the points that you accumulate. Please refer to the table A below to understand qualification for each tier.

When you return/change goods that you have purchased, the points that you receive for that purchase will be reversed credited from your account.
Birthday and Wedding Anniversary Offers: You can get exclusive offers on your birthday or wedding anniversary which can be availed at any of the Tanishq in USA. The offer will be active in your account only for 30 days (15 days before and after the date of your birthday/wedding anniversary).
No, your Tanishq Encircle membership in USA will not be valid in India

Validity of your points is up to 2 years however an active members points do not expire. For example, if your points are scheduled for expiry in December 2024 and you shop with us on November 2024, your points

How do I get my User ID and password?
Your User ID will be your registered mobile number and OTP will be generated for login on www.titanencircle.com
How can I know details regarding my Encircle Points?
To know more about your Encircle Points, you can log in to the Titan Encircle website and get your transaction history or call Customer Care at 080-45300005 and dial '2' to get your point balance.
How can I update/change my contact details?
- Call us at our toll free number 1800-108-4826 or write to us at [email protected] between 10 AM and 10 PM on all days.
- Log in to www.titanencircle.com and update your profile details.
What to do when I'm not getting the OTP?
OTP is must for all redemptions irrespective of number of points being redeemed. OTP will be triggered automatically to the encircle registered mobile# when point redemption is initiated, if the OTP is not received within 2 minutes, then customer can follow steps.
- Customer will have to call IVR number 080-45300005 from their encircle registered mobile#
- Customer will be given options to choose what type of OTP they need, Option (1) will give him redemption OTP.
- Once customer select (1) then the OTP is passed on to Customer via IVR system.
How to deactive/activate my Encircle account?
Encircle Membership is valid for lifetime, customers do not have the option to deactivate membership. Even If a customer comes back to us after a long gap then also he will be recognized with the same old membership number provided the customer is using the encircle registered mobile number.
Are there any products which are excluded from Titan Encircle program?
Purchase of gold coins/bars & Gift cards are excluded from Titan Encircle program.
